You will be contacting businesses (in any state you choose) and introducing them to MenoBella.
Your job is to explain the membership and help them choose the package that fits their clients.

Orientation is a short 20-minute training that explains everything you need to start selling.
It must be completed before you speak with a Team Lead.

Orientation serves two purposes:

1. It prepares you to begin selling immediately.
   
   
2. It confirms you're committed to moving forward.

After orientation, you will:

• Join our Slack workspace
  
  
• Schedule your Activation Call with your Team Lead
  
  
• Set up your payout information
  
  
• Get your questions answered
  
  
• Begin outreach right away
  
  

You can start the same day you meet with your Team Lead.

To remain an active sales team member, we expect:

To continue in the process, you must:

Completing these steps is required to join the sales team.

1. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role.
   
   
2. Orientation = Training (20–25 minutes, full preparation).
   
   
3. You must complete every section of orientation.
   
   
4. After orientation, you will join Slack.
   
   
5. You will schedule an Activation Call with your Team Lead.
   
   
6. You can begin working the SAME DAY as your Activation Call.
   
   
7. Commission Structure (paid weekly):

8. You must be willing to commit to at least one sale per week.
   
   
9. You must attend one weekly team meeting.
   
   
10. You should check in daily on Slack during your first 7 days (recommended).
    
    
11. If you become inactive or unresponsive, we may discontinue the partnership.
